Foot Binding For Health And Beauty!

A fab craze popular in China in the tenth century is now taking America by storm.

 

When was the last time your little piggies went to market? Probably not so long ago. Well, if your little piggies were wrapped in size seven or bigger, we've got news for you: Big feet are out!!

 

The How-To:

 

First wash the foot in hot water and massage (if you are a size 5 and up it will be necessary to crush the foot bones with a hammer or a paperweight).

 

Wrap the all toes except the big one in a ten foot strip of fabric. Pull them down so that they curl underneath.

Break the arch by scrunching the entire foot from big toe to heel and pulling straight with the leg.

 

Bandage as tight as possible. A simple rule of thumb: if you are in excruciating pain, it's working! (A word of caution however, sometimes toes fall off due to lack of blood.)

 

Repeat the process every three or four days, removing the dead toes, cleansing and pulling tighter.

After a while the smaller toes will become little curly husks and the big toe will point upward. After about two years, your foot will finally fit the ideal and will be about three-inches long.

It's best to start when a person is 3 or 4--so moms there's still a chance for your young--but you can get amazing results in an older adult as well!
